Two ways to sell reseller-owned products

Open Products in the reseller panel and use the single New Product button. Choose the product type, assign it to one of your bots, set its customer price and submit it for review.

Automatic delivery

Custom Product

Best for license keys, activation codes, access codes and any product where each customer must receive one or more unique text values from your own inventory.

  1. Create the product with its bot, category, description, unit and wholesale prices and warranty. New products remain pending until approved.
  2. Open Custom Product Keys and paste one key or code per line. You can upload many at once while the product is pending or after approval; existing duplicates and invalid rows are reported instead of added again.
  3. Review available, sold and unavailable keys from the panel. If an unsold key should never be delivered, mark it as unavailable.
  4. Once approved, the product appears in its assigned bot. The bot checks available stock and, after successful payment, automatically delivers the purchased number of unique keys to the customer.
  5. You can later edit prices, warranty and download URL. The assigned bot, name, category and description remain fixed.
Manual fulfillment

Own Account Product

Best when you must assign a license, add a customer to a group or complete another action using the customer's own account.

  1. Choose the required input: valid email, username or numeric ID. Usernames accept ASCII letters, numbers, dots (.), underscores (_), hyphens (-) and an optional @ at the beginning. They must include at least one letter or number.
  2. The bot validates every entry before purchase. If something is incorrect, it explains the expected email, username or numeric ID format and shows the customer an example in their selected language.
  3. After payment, you receive the paid order on the Telegram account registered as administrator for that bot.
  4. Complete the requested action, then use Confirm order. The bot will notify the customer that the license was assigned to the account they submitted in your bot.
  5. If you cannot fulfill an order, use Cancel order and enter a reason of at least 10 characters. After you confirm the warning, the customer and reseller balances are refunded, the customer receives the reason and updated balance, and the Own Account Product is removed from sale.
  6. You can later edit the product prices and maximum accounts per order. The bot, account format and fulfillment type remain fixed.

The pinned Telegram order includes the validated accounts as a TXT attachment, with buttons to confirm or cancel the paid order. You can configure a maximum of 1 to 500 accounts per order.
